WebCounter is a counter program written in java language. It counts accessed users in site and manages counters. It is a web application and needs a web server such as Tomcat.
This program contain system test page so that administrator can check that program is well installed.
Because it use Hsqldb basically. There is no configuration for database. So it is easy to install. and This program can change database to your own.
